1. Cleaning process
Main tasks:
(1) the compressed fibril is decomposed into smaller fiber blocks or fiber bundles to facilitate the smooth mixing and impurity removal;
(2) to remove most impurities, defects and staple fibers unsuitable for spinning. (3) the fibers of different batches are fully and evenly mixed to ensure the stability of the quality of the cotton yarn. (4) Roll: made of a certain weight, length, thickness uniformity, good shape of cotton fiber roll.
2. carding process
Main Task
(1) carding: The fiber is broken down into a single fiber state to improve the fiber’s straight and parallel state.
(2) mixing: to cause the fibers to be further fully and uniformly mixed.
(3) sliver: made into a sliver that meets the requirements.
3. Combing process
Main tasks:
(1) IMPURITY REMOVAL: Removal of fine fiber defects from the fiber.
(2) carding: further separation of fibers, excluding the length of short fibers below a certain length, improve fiber length uniformity and straightness.
(3) drafting: The cotton sliver will be stretched to a certain thickness, and improve the fiber parallel straightness. 4. Sliver: made into a desired sliver.
